We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee!  If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, call me within 5 days of receipt and return it to us, in saleable condition within 15 days of invoice, for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment.  Repack the item in its original packaging.   Shipping charges are not refundable. 

We strive to do our best. All items are inspected and carefully packed for shipping.   However, if there is an error on your order or the product was damaged in transit, please accept our apologies and contact us with five (5) days after receipt or merchandise.

With all returns, please include:

• your name,
• shipping address,
• credit card number and expiration date,
• a copy of your invoice, and
• an explanation of what you want done with your return – for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
